About Us

We started on our journey when we found a gap between companies and trainers in the GTA.  Upon researching we found out that the training organizations had a pre-defined set of curriculum on certain topics and they would customize the topics based on an organization’s needs and wants.  In our understanding this approach to training was not the most effective approach.  Think about it, each industry has its own nuances that make that industry unique, and by providing a blanketed training to all the organization makes them more generic than anything else. 

In our approach where we dive deep in to the needs of an organization and what makes them special we are able to solve many of the hidden problems that could end up giving these companies an edge.  Albeit our approach is time consuming, but from the start we knew that we wanted to be the Rolls-Royce of our industry.

The reason that we have thrived even during a back breaking pandemic is because we spoke to our clients and gave them what they wanted; a training platform like none other.  The Corporate Training Centre is a product that assists the organizations in saving time and money.  Any company that purchases our platform has the ability to host live-virtual trainings for their staff or have pre-recorded trainings where there is a recurring need.  

We at The Corporate Training Centre are also aware that there may be companies that have a need for third party training organizations therefore we have a few standardized trainings in areas of Sales, Customer Services, Leadership, etc.
