The Platform

Our training platform is designed as a training portal.  We have named it the Corporate Training Centre because it acts as a one stop shop for all your training needs.  The platform is unique in its function because it allows you to be able to host live-training sessions as well as to host pre-recorded trainings for those recurring trainings.  Our best advice for you is to take a look and decide for yourself.

Even though we are training support services and specialize in building training platforms for our client’s needs we also provide training on some limited topics.  We have had the privilege of learning from the users of our platform.  Due to our interactions with the end users of our platform and our expertise as instructors we have developed some remarkable trainings in the area of Sales, Customer Service, and Leadership.  

Sales

Our sales trainings cover various different topics of concern. We start our trainings by familiarizing students with sales theories, attitude and then we further dive deeper into sales scripts. In our training we ensure that the students build the confidence required to be able to speak with their prospects, to qualify the prospects, and then to move to closing the sale. We make sure that students understand as many obstacles as possible. This training is designed to prepare the student to think on their feet and to be able to handle any and all objection to the sale.

Customer Service

We know how important new customers are to the success of a business, but we also know how important existing customers are to a business as well. In this training we begin with customer service methodologies. We monitor the student's progress by looking into how they respond to complaints in a role playing scenario, how do they respond to irate customers, we also evaluate their emotional comfort with complaints and how they take personal criticism. We look into the psychological changes in the team(s) when it comes to escalated events as well.

Leadership

We know that many organizations like to blame the failure of success on the employees rather than the managers/supervisors or the over all leadership. In this training we look at various aspects the student's behaviour towards their team. We look at how the managers/supervisors interact with their subordinates in a role playing setting. This training is designed in a way to place the onus back on the supervisor/manager. In the end a team is only as good as the leader who is leading the team, and that is the objective of this training.

Our training is the end result of our years of being in the training industry.

The cost of the training portal varies based on the service that you need. If your company needs a live-virtual training platform then there is a price which differs from a platform that is for pre-recorded trainings, etc.

 Our trainings portals are as flexible as they get.  We not only have the ability to provide in-person/on-site training, but we also provide live virtual trainings via zoom.  We are available during weekdays as well as weekends.  We are able to provide trainings 24/7. 

Our trainings platform’s functionality is solely dependent on our client’s needs.  We are one of the few training platform designer that are also instructors ourselves.
